My brother’s company offered paternity leave (6 weeks) when his kids were born over ten years ago. He took the time, but felt pressure to come back early. National incentives might be the only way to actually get people to do it.

I love your illustrations! You should do that more.
I hope this Swedish idea can be an inspiration to many.
(In mexico men who spend too much time doing “womens work”, or rather doing what thier women are telling them to do, are called “mandilons”- from mandil the word for apron, so apron wearers. It is an insult and/or a joke depending on the mood)
