Has your sex life taken a hit since your first child was born?

Sex is one of the many casualties of an over-busy life. After an informal poll of my friends, I’ve come to believe that being busy has a different impact on the libido of men and women. I believe it looks something like this:

Speaking of sex, a friend just sent me this information about a class for parents who want to improve their sex lives. If you’re in the Bay Area, do check it out. (It’s in San Francisco.) And if you go, please come back and tell us about it! It’s $55 per couple if you sign up today. ($65 after 10/29.) Here’s the description:

Re-ignite Your Sex Pilot Light: A Date Night for Parents

When: Saturday evening, November 6th, 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Embark on a journey of re-discovery with an experienced facilitator as your guide.  You and your partner will re-connect in a safe and supportive environment and accomplish the following:

  • define a shared vision for your new sexual life together
  • learn ways to maximize your private time together
  • learn ways to get into the mood for intimate connection

You will leave with a plan and useful tools to create the sex life you desire.
